kfbd Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kfbd ("the Platform", "we", "us") and each registered user ("Member", "you", "your") who creates an account and uses the kfbd online casino and sports betting services available at kfbd.bio. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between kfbd and every Member. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any kfbd service.

These Terms should be read alongside the kfbd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between kfbd and its Members. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document or communication from kfbd, these Terms prevail unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

To register a kfbd account and use the Platform's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kfbd strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21 years old.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the Platform from Bangladesh and not be prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable law.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not hold more than one active kfbd account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of kfbd or any of its game or technology providers.

kfbd reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time, including a copy of a national identification document and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each Member is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their kfbd account credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. kfbd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify kfbd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Members must register only one account per person. A single mobile number may be associated with only one kfbd account.
• Members must not share their account login details with any other person, including family members. All activity conducted through a Member's account is the sole responsibility of that Member.
• kfbd may require Members to complete an identity verification process before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• kfbd reserves the right to close or suspend any account that kfbd, in its sole discretion, believes to have been opened fraudulently, to be a duplicate account, or to be associated with any prohibited activity.

Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting kfbd support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after any applicable verification has been completed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

All deposits and withdrawals on kfbd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved payment channels. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. kfbd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. kfbd targets a processing time of 15 minutes for most bKash and Nagad withdrawals, but reserves the right to extend this where additional verification is required. kfbd does not guarantee specific processing times.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, except where a Member is closing their account and has not used the balance for gambling.
• kfbd reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is associated with fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

kfbd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction charges. These charges are outside kfbd's control and are not reimbursed by kfbd.

kfbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Applicable wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Each promotion is available once per Member unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. kfbd may require a minimum qualifying deposit to activate a bonus.
• kfbd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Member's account at the time of cancellation, the specific terms of that bonus will continue to govern its use.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended by kfbd — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus and real-money balances.
• Bonuses and promotional credits may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except by completing the applicable wagering requirements.

Seasonal promotions — including those tied to BPL cricket, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page when that promotion is active. General bonus T&C apply in addition to promotion-specific terms.

All games available on the kfbd platform are provided by internationally certified third-party providers and operate in accordance with their respective certified game rules. The following principles govern all gameplay on kfbd:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable (slots, virtual games) or by live dealer action (live casino tables). kfbd does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled in accordance with the game provider's rules. kfbd's decision on the settlement of interrupted rounds is final, subject to any applicable game provider dispute process.

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Members may set a reminder that alerts them after a specified period of continuous play. This tool is designed to help Members maintain awareness of how much time they are spending on the Platform.
• Cooling-off period: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period the Member may not log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Members may permanently self-exclude from kfbd at any time. A permanent self-exclusion request will result in the immediate closure of the account and the Member will not be permitted to re-register.

kfbd strongly encourages any Member who feels that gambling is becoming a problem to use these tools immediately and to contact kfbd support. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kfbd platform. kfbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any balances associated with such conduct:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to automated betting, scraping, or account creation.
• Attempting to exploit any software vulnerability, game error, or promotional loophole to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform.
• Using the kfbd platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. kfbd is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Registering more than one account, registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, manipulate betting markets, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Platform or its other Members.

kfbd uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Members who believe they have been incorrectly flagged may contact kfbd support to initiate a review. kfbd's decision following a completed review is final.

kfbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of the agreement between kfbd and its Members. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kfbd uses SSL encryption across all platform interactions to protect the security of data in transit.

kfbd does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by law or by kfbd's contractual obligations with its service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kfbd's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their kfbd account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kfbd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from a Member's use of the Platform.

kfbd does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond kfbd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. kfbd will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify Members in advance of planned maintenance where practicable.

kfbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, kfbd will provide notice to Members via the Platform or via the email address or mobile number registered to their account at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Members who do not accept a material amendment to these Terms must stop using the Platform before the amendment's effective date and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kfbd operates as a safe and reliable online platform and uses SSL-encrypted infrastructure to protect all Members. kfbd does not make specific claims regarding regulatory licensing from any Bangladeshi governmental body. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any local laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
